The Association has found an electrician (MARK RAUGH ELECTRIC - 484-955-3006) that is offering to replace smoke detectors for an average of $20 PLUS the cost of the smoke detector. See enclosure for a sample of the smoke detectors that he most commonly installs. You can also obtain your own smoke detector and he will do the install.
